Going Green.......Raw Foods

Well, I am on my second day of green smoothies for breakfast, and yummmm the one I made today is far better than yesterdays! I guess trial and error is how I am gonna learn what I like and dislike =) For lunch yesterday I had a nice green salad, green grapes and sourdough crispy crackers with tahini sprinkled with bee pollen grans WoW Wee the best lunch ever!!! A pear for a snack time and dinner was toxic, lemon pepper chicken, pine nut cous cous and a big old salad! I am not shooting to be 100% raw, maybe 50/50.....it really is hard, but I am being positive!

Hi Kim,
Thank you for visiting my blog and for leaving your lovely comment. I wish I had the time to teach you, but I can refer you to this great artist Suzi Blu, she is offering a Les Petite Workshop. Here is the link:http://suziblu.ning.com/
She is a fun great teacher! Go for it, you will learn tons...

Kim, thanks so much for your compliment on my Valentine's Snowman! I love the encouragement! I just love your work. I've entered in your giveaway and will be checking in on your blog. Since I was a little kid I spent most of my summers in your area and still do. We used to camp up there, now my parents have a house on Pymatuning Lake. Me and my family just spent Thanksgiving up there. Beautiful area! Thanks again and have a good one, Jenny Mayo
