Going Green.......Raw Foods
Well, I am on my second day of green smoothies for breakfast, and yummmm the one I made today is far better than yesterdays! I guess trial and error is how I am gonna learn what I like and dislike =) For lunch yesterday I had a nice green salad, green grapes and sourdough crispy crackers with tahini sprinkled with bee pollen grans WoW Wee the best lunch ever!!! A pear for a snack time and dinner was toxic, lemon pepper chicken, pine nut cous cous and a big old salad! I am not shooting to be 100% raw, maybe 50/50.....it really is hard, but I am being positive!
